AICKO IPTV respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. By using the application, you accept the practices described herein.
01About AICKO IPTV
AICKO IPTV is a media player that allows users to enjoy their own personal IPTV playlist (Xtream Codes or M3U link). The application is available on:
- iOS via the App Store
- Android via Google Play
- Samsung Smart TV via the Samsung Apps TV
Important: AICKO IPTV does not provide any video content, IPTV subscriptions, or pre-installed playlists. Users are solely responsible for the legality of the content they access through their own playlists.

02Data collected
We collect a limited amount of data necessary for the application to function:
Account data (when signing in):
- Unique identifier of your Apple or Google account (Firebase UID)
- Email address associated with your account
- Public display name (if you provided it to Google or Apple)
Playlist data (entered by you):
- Playlist name (your personal label)
- For Xtream Codes: username, server URL, password
- For M3U: your personal playlist URL
Technical data:
- Platform used (iOS / Android / Samsung Tizen)
- DUID (Device Unique ID) — for Samsung Smart TV only
- FCM token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you enable notifications
- Date and time of your last connection
Data stored locally (on your device only):
- Your favorite channels, films, and series
- Language preference (FR, EN, AR)
- Playback preferences
We do NOT collect: your phone number, postal address, banking information, browsing history, GPS location, or any biometric data.
03Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in Europe. We implement the following measures:
- HTTPS / TLS encryption for all communications
- Firebase Authentication by Google (industry standard)
- Database protected and accessible only by our team
- Regular encrypted backups
- No transmission of your IPTV credentials to third parties
Important note about your IPTV credentials: Your Xtream Codes credentials (username, password, server URL) or the M3U URL you enter are stored so that you do not have to re-enter them every time you open the application. They are never shared or sold to third parties.
04Authentication
AICKO IPTV uses Firebase Authentication (Google service) to manage sign-in on mobile. You can sign in via:
- Sign in with Apple (on iOS and Android)
- Sign in with Google
When you sign in, Apple or Google only sends us your unique identifier, your email address, and your display name. No password is ever transmitted to AICKO IPTV.

On Samsung Smart TV (Tizen): no Google or Apple authentication is required. The DUID (your TV's unique identifier) is used to validate your subscription.
05App permissions
AICKO IPTV requests only the strictly necessary permissions:
- Internet: required to play your IPTV streams and communicate with your Xtream server
- Notifications (optional): to receive important information if you enable them
- Local storage: to remember your favorites and preferences
We do NOT request: access to your GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts, photo gallery, or address book.
You can disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.
06Third-party services
AICKO IPTV relies on the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication (Google) — for secure sign-in
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — for push notifications
- Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In — for authentication
- Your IPTV provider — the app communicates with the Xtream Codes or M3U server you provide yourself
Important: When you enter your IPTV credentials, the application communicates directly with your IPTV provider to retrieve your channels, films, and series. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of your IPTV provider.
07Data sharing
AICKO IPTV does not sell, rent, or share your personal data for commercial purposes.
We share your data only with the third-party services strictly necessary for the application to function (Firebase for authentication and notifications), and only the technical data required (Firebase identifier, FCM token).
We may be required to disclose certain data if legally compelled to do so (court order, etc.).
08Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction — limit the processing of your data
- Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object — object to the processing of your data
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time

09Account deletion
You can request the permanent deletion of your AICKO IPTV account and all associated data at any time.
Procedure:
- Send an email to aicko@muslim-alim.com from the address associated with your account
- Use "AICKO IPTV Account Deletion" as the subject
- We process the deletion within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation by email
Data deleted: your account, your stored IPTV credentials, your preferences, your FCM token. This action is irreversible.
10Children's privacy
AICKO IPTV is intended for an audience aged 17 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
As AICKO IPTV is a media player, the content displayed depends entirely on the user's personal IPTV playlist. Parents must supervise the use of the application by minors.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately for deletion.
11Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of this page.
In case of substantial changes, we will inform you via the application or by email. We encourage you to consult this page regularly.
