How do I resume a series where I left off?
Open the series: the current episode shows its progress and restarts at the saved position. Tracking is kept episode by episode, not for the series as a whole.
My seasons do not show up — why?
The split into seasons and episodes comes from your subscription data. If your provider sends episodes in bulk rather than structured, the app cannot rebuild the seasons. Report it to your provider.
Is my progress kept if I reinstall the app?
Yes, as long as you sign back in with the same account: progress, favourites and hidden categories belong to the account, not to the device.
