AICKO IPTV respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. By using the app, you accept the practices described here.
01About AICKO IPTV
AICKO IPTV is a media player that lets users enjoy their own personal IPTV playlist (Xtream Codes or M3U link). The app is available on:
- iOS through the App Store
- Android through Google Play
- Samsung Smart TV through Samsung Apps TV
Important: AICKO IPTV supplies no video content, no IPTV subscription and no preinstalled playlist. The user alone is responsible for the lawfulness of the content they access through their own playlists.

02Data collected
We collect a limited amount of data, needed for the app to work:
Account data (when you sign in):
- The unique identifier of your Apple or Google account (Firebase UID)
- The email address linked to the account
- Your public display name (if you gave one to Google or Apple)
Playlist data (entered by you):
- Playlist name (your own label)
- For Xtream Codes: username, server address, password
- For M3U: the URL of your personal playlist
Technical data:
- The platform used (iOS / Android / Windows / Samsung Tizen)
- DUID (Device Unique ID) — for Samsung Smart TV only
- FCM token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you turn notifications on
- The date and time of your last sign-in
Data stored locally (on your device only):
- Your favourite channels, movies and series
- Language preference (French, English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian)
- Playback preferences
We do NOT collect: your phone number, your postal address, your payment details, your browsing history, your GPS location, or any biometric data.
03Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in Europe. We apply the following measures:
- HTTPS / TLS for all communications
- Google Firebase authentication (an industry standard)
- A protected database, reachable only by our team
- Regular encrypted backups
- No transmission of your IPTV credentials to third parties
An important note about your IPTV credentials: the Xtream Codes credentials (username, password, server address) or the M3U URL you enter are stored so that you do not have to type them again every time you open the app. They are never shared or sold to third parties.
04Authentication
AICKO IPTV uses Firebase Authentication (a Google service) to handle signing in on mobile. You can sign in with:
- Sign in with Apple (on iOS and Android)
- Sign in with Google
When you sign in, Apple or Google passes us only your unique identifier, your email address and your display name. No password is ever passed to AICKO IPTV.

On Samsung Smart TV (Tizen): no Google or Apple authentication is required. The DUID (your TV’s unique identifier) is used to validate your subscription.
05App permissions
AICKO IPTV asks only for the permissions that are strictly necessary:
- Internet: essential to play your IPTV streams and talk to your Xtream server
- Notifications (optional): to receive important information if you turn them on
- Local storage: to remember your favourites and preferences
We do NOT ask for: access to your GPS location, your camera, your microphone, your contacts, your photo gallery or your address book.
You can turn these permissions off at any time in your device settings.
06Third-party services
AICKO IPTV relies on the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication (Google) — for secure sign-in
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — for push notifications
- Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In — for authentication
- Your IPTV provider — the app talks to the Xtream Codes or M3U server that you enter yourself
Important: when you enter your IPTV credentials, the app communicates directly with your provider to fetch your channels, movies and series. We are not responsible for your IPTV provider’s privacy practices.
07Data sharing
AICKO IPTV does not sell, rent or share your personal data for commercial purposes.
We share your data only with the third-party services strictly needed for the app to work (Firebase for authentication and notifications), and only the technical data required (Firebase identifier, FCM token).
We may have to disclose certain data where the law requires it (a judicial order, for instance).
08Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction — limit the processing of your data
- Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object — object to the processing of your data
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aicko@muslim-alim.com. We respond within 30 days maximum.
09Account deletion
You can ask for your AICKO IPTV account and all the data attached to it to be permanently deleted at any time.
Procedure:
- Send an email to aicko@muslim-alim.com from the address linked to your account
- Put “AICKO IPTV account deletion” in the subject line
- We carry out the deletion within 7 working days
- You receive a confirmation by email
Data deleted: your account, your stored IPTV credentials, your preferences, your FCM token. This action is irreversible.
10Children’s privacy
AICKO IPTV is intended for an audience of 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
As AICKO IPTV is a media player, the content shown depends entirely on the user’s own IPTV playlist. Parents should supervise minors’ use of the app.
If you believe a child has given us personal data without your consent, contact us immediately for deletion.
11Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
In the event of a substantial change, we will tell you through the app or by email. We encourage you to check this page regularly.
